Ways to Use:

Not all Blue Lotus is the same! Ours is organic Blue Lotus/ Blue Water Lily/ Nymphaea Caerulea. Some will pass their Blue Lotus off as Nelumbo Nucifera, which can look similar but is not the real deal.
 
Use this herb in your tea, roll it with your favorite herb to smoke, or sprinkle it in your bath.
 
Directions of use:
 
For Tea: Boil water and let cool for 7min, steep for about 10 min, add honey or your favorite sweetener and enjoy!
